In a Direct Hire position you are recruited by Staffing For Hire to be hired directly by our client. Many companies choose to hire only through staffing companies instead of going through the recruiting process on their own. Temporary and Contract
Working as a temporary or contract employee, you work at an assignment with one of our many clients for a limited amount of time. This option offers you great flexibility to choose assignments that fit your desired work schedule. This allows you to gain experience at different companies with each assignment.
In a Special Project position, the client has a specific task that needs to be completed in a certain amount of time. You would then be responsible to posses the skills necessary to get the job done. This type of position allows you to know how much time your expertise will be needed for and gains you new experience with a new company.
